1) Once you have confirmed tickets, attendance is mandatory. If you do not attend a performance for which your school has purchased tickets, and you have not alerted us to the problem, your school will not be able to continue to participate in the program.
Keep in mind that every Broadway show scans every ticket, so they know exactly which tickets were used and which were not.
2) If the DOE cancels school because of snow on a day for which you have purchased tickets, we will do our best to reschedule your group. If the DOE does not cancel school, your school is expected to attend the performance.
3) If, for whatever reason, your group, or part of your group, cannot attend a performance, you are still required to pay for all of the tickets.
